More About Me

Who is Eileen Quackenbush? First and Foremost a FRIEND...

I believe people are more important than houses. As your Realtor and friend I am dedicated to making the purchase and/or sale of your home as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. When you choose me to represent you, a successful relationship will be formed that is built on honesty, compassion and humor, the 3 key elements I believe are essential to any successful relationship. I owe my on-going success to my undying devotion to the needs and interests of my clients. Rather than attempting to achieve maximum sales volumes at the sacrifice of personal service, I limit myself to the number of clients I serve. My mission in representing each one of my clients is to provide exceptional quality service and excellent communication with a personal touch. Whether that's by inviting you to my house for a holiday party or meeting for lunch long after the transaction is complete, you will know that I am your friend as much as I am your Realtor!

A Mother And A Grandmother...

Having raised 2 children as a single mother, I have experienced first-hand the struggle of earning a living, maintaining a home and providing the sole stability and sanity for my kids. It wasn't easy, but you get through it because you have to, making the best judgment calls that you can. One of my greatest strengths that came from my struggles is that I am tenacious! I don't give up easily. I try to be fair and compassionate in all that I do, simply living by the golden rule of treating others as I would like to be treated. When I negotiate I try to clearly look at all sides of the equation, determine the needs of both Buyer’s and Seller’s and work out a plan that everyone sees as fair and equitable. There are always several solutions to any one problem and I don't quit until I find one. I consider my greatest accomplishment in life to be instilling these values in my children, who have in turn begun to instill them in theirs.

A Life-Time Washington Native...

Being born, raised and having lived in Washington state my whole life gives me a greater understanding of all the things that differentiate the neighborhoods. Seattle is often referred to as "a city of neighborhoods". My knowledge of each and every one of them helps me find the perfect fit for my clients to ensure they will be happy there, whether they're moving across the country or across the state. If your real estate needs take you away from my service area, I will assist you by referring you to a competent agent through my affiliation with Windermere and the Certified Residential Specialist organization.

An Educated Realtor With 31 Years Experience...

Having worked as a Realtor for over 31 years I have, on more than one occasion, been through the ups and downs that characterize the real estate industry. My experience during the challenging times has given me the knowledge and tools to be able to handle even the most difficult of transactions. My persistence at times when the market was poor has given me the confidence to stay put in an industry that statistically sees so much turn-over. With the real estate market constantly changing, I am committed to continuing my education. My training includes courses in Advanced Real Estate Negotiations, Washington Residential Real Estate Practices, E-Buyer, Buyer's Agency and Context Training. My professional designations include Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR),Certified Staging Specialist, Earth Advantage Broker.
